Project Manager

We are looking for an organized and efficient Project Manager to work alongside our Senior Account & Managing Directors who oversee numerous projects, spanning our large, top-tier clientele. The role of a Project Manager in this capacity is to coordinate and execute day-to-day activities that build on the success of a project – coordinating with team members, ensuring timelines are met, and being the know-it-all to every project that crosses your path (which could be up to 50 projects at once!)
Your responsibilities as a Project Manager:
- Work alongside the Senior Account & Managing Directors to complete day-to-day activities
- Manage and oversee project development by coordinating translations, copywriting activities/updates, artwork creation, and proofreading
- Be the point of contact for our development team on digital initiatives (creating new and updating existing websites, eDetail aids, training programs, Google analytics tracking, etc.)
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors to obtain quotes
- Prepare and submit materials for internal review (Veeva/PromoMats) and PAAB/ASC submissions
- Manage internal review and PAAB/ASC responses (with the help of the Senior Account Director)
- Maintain up-to-date status and financial activity logs
- Create and maintain timelines
- Partake weekly status meetings
- Facilitate online group workshops and coordinate surveys/questionnaires as needed (be the tech guru!)
- Secondary contact to clients
The right fit for our team has:
- Has previous client service experience inside pharma/healthcare agencies, preferably 2+ years
- Comfortable completing Veeva/PromoMats & PAAB submissions
- Growth mindset (bonus: if you have a digital mindset!)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and sharp creative eye
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask and keen organizational skills
